TL;DR
As a Senior Product Manager at PerformLine, you’ll own and expand our Pre-Publishing channel- a core component of our platform! This high-impact role blends strategy and execution: turning market trends, client needs, and data into innovative solutions across ingestion, integrations, and scoring models. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Product Strategy
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for PerformLine’s Pre-Publishing channel
- Partner directly with clients to gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights, translate feedback into product requirements, and prioritize features that drive measurable client value and adoption.
- Partner with business leads and engineering to translate requests into value criteria, product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
Execution & Delivery
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Solutions teams to drive adoption and ensure business outcomes
- Partner with engineering to anticipate technical trade-offs and bridge business and technology decisions
- Mentor other members of the team on market analysis, roadmap development, stakeholder communication, and writing effective user stories
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of product management experience
- SaaS or B2B platform experience, preferably in data-intensive domains
- Strong technical proficiency, analytical and problem solving skills in areas with complex data sets and regulations
- 0-1 experience delivering new products or product modules: defining workflows, user journeys, partnering with UI/UX to prototype, MVP, and ship products
- Experience with data pipelines, ingestion, and system integrations (APIs, Modern data Architectures)
- Prior experience with scoring models, Generative AI/LLM, and OCR is a plus

WHAT WE OFFER
- Estimated base salary range $110,000 - 150,000 plus annual discretionary bonus.
