The company is seeking a passionate and talented Product Manager to join our team and thrive in a dynamic, multi-project environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage all aspects of the product lifecycle—from gathering and prioritizing requirements to defining the product vision and ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all product aspects throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to define the product vision.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Define priorities, create user stories, and plan product releases.
- Ensure product quality, technical integrity, and user-centric design.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software product management – Must
- Experience working in Agile teams as a Product Owner – Must
- Strong ability to create requirements documents based on business needs
- Solid technical background with an understanding of software development processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong business orientation and ability to align product strategy with company goals
- Experience in web and mobile product development
- Experience in defining requirements for backend systems
- Independent, fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc in Computer Science preferred) – Advantage
