About this role
With the goal of achieving profitability in 2024 attained and even more promising initial results in 2025, Yubo is currently in a strong growth phase. To maintain this momentum, we need to expand our product team in support of this strategic growth phase.
As a Senior PM, you will be part of the Product team (1 CPO, 2 senior PM, 2 Product Designers) working on all aspects of Yubo including user growth, activation, retention, and monetization.

- As a social media platform, we require our employees to have a strong awareness and understanding of privacy issues, and in particular of children's online safety, privacy and well-being.

Your responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
- Define, prioritize, and execute product strategies aimed at improving key metrics across user activation, retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Conduct comprehensive user discovery and experimentation, leveraging data insights to inform decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and marketing to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Optimize the onboarding experience to significantly improve user activation rates.
- Refine retention strategies to ensure sustained growth of the active userbase.
As a Senior PM, you will:
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within mobile-first consumer apps.
- You bring a proven track record in subscription models or in-app monetization strategies.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment is a strong plus.
- You make data-driven decisions and have strong analytical skills to back them up.
- User discovery and experimentation are second nature to you — you thrive on testing and learning.
- You’ve played a key role in shaping product strategy and know how to align it with business goals.
- You’re technically fluent and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
