The Opportunity

Adobe Express is one of Adobe's most high-profile growth products. Adobe Express is at the forefront of delivering Adobe's "Creativity for All" mission and makes the core technology in our industry-leading products like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro available with no learning curve.

We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to building exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected, has fun, and has access to equal opportunity.

This role is pivotal in building the future of Express's core user experience. By owning the strategy for the main editor tools and workflows, you will be instrumental in optimizing the existing experience, supporting its evolution, and building the next-generation one.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be an integral part of a collaborative cross-functional team, reshaping the Express editor across web, tablet, and mobile. You will partner closely with other PMs and designers to create the most optimal and personalized experience for users. Your role will involve driving day-to-day product management for the editor framework team, running experiments to test new ideas and optimizations, and supporting the integration of completely new frameworks, features, and workflows across a surface used monthly by millions of users.

  • Define and advocate for your product roadmap through partnerships with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and research.

  • Build consensus for your multi-year vision for the editor across peers, partners and senior leadership.

  • Drive day-to-day product management, including bold prioritization, detailed feature definition, partner management, and efficient implementation

  • Perform A/B experiments to improve important metrics and validate significant UX decisions efficiently.

  • Talk to customers as often as possible through user interviews, on-demand user testing services, etc. Understand what customers want, but also identify their unspoken, unmet needs.

  • Be a mentor and iterate on team processes to drive best-in-class Product Management

  • Work at a rapid pace and build an environment where others are passionate about keeping up with you

  • Have fun.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant product management experience — At least 3-5 years, ideally in relevant design-based mobile and web applications. Bonus if you have a background in design or design systems.

  • Insatiable curiosity for the user problems — Passionate about solving complex system-based problems, have opinions on where the market is going, and always eager to learn more.

  • Team Cheerleader— Have a persuasive, energetic, and collaborative style that rallies everyone cross-functionally to align on and deliver the best possible solutions for users.

  • Product-led growth mindset — Run growth product experiments with a track record of learning fast to optimize an experience to reach a metric.

  • Resourceful and imaginative – Have the ability to translate creative thought into practical action with the team and tools at your disposal. Your boundless optimism always finds a way to get things done.

  • Top-notch organization — Move forward multiple initiatives simultaneously and proactively communicate status with executives and partners.

  • Strong analytical abilities – An uncanny ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to make thoughtful real-time decisions and present impact to senior leaders.

  • Excellent Communication skills – You can clearly and compellingly communicate a point of view to executives and peers through written documentation or verbal presentations.

  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
