As a Senior Product Manager, you will play an integral role in the lifecycle management of all products within the PBS Biotech portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams on NPI development and launch, commercialized product maintenance, and end-of-lifecycle product coordination.

Primary Responsibilities
- Act with urgency to ensure excellent communication and effective handoffs between groups and departments engaged in new product development process
- Implement the vision of Product Strategy and the Director of Product Management at a tactical level to ensure smooth execution against the Product Roadmap
- Work closely with the Engineering, QA and Operations teams on building requirements, feature prioritization, business value, and user experience of all key features
- Translate customer wants into valuable product features
- Serve as product SME for existing product portfolio managing the products from inception through obsolescence
- Develop close relationship with field organization (e.g. sales and field engineering teams) and support in triaging complex customer or user issues
- Assist in identifying and developing effective promotional and sales tools and collateral marketing pieces.
- Support marketing team with campaign deployment and industry event coordination
- Drive the life cycle of the existing product and services portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Up to 25% global travel required
Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge/ Experience
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a relevant field with strong analytical skills and a general knowledge base of biological sciences
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management, field applications, marketing, or operations roles
- Strong familiarity with new product development and commercial launch processes for GMP instrumentation or ancillary materials
- Collaborative mindset and interpersonal skills to effectively work across departments, understanding diverse business needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Experience working with bioprocessing equipment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience leading Visual Project Management activities around the critical path
- Good written and verbal communication skills
