The (Senior) Product Manager position offers an extraordinary opportunity to join a growing and evolving therapeutic area with high unmet needs. The Manager will be responsible for building and leading HCP engagement activities, including congress and peer to peer strategy for Taiwan.
This position is responsible for establishing strategic direction through analysis of insights to drive key strategic choices for the NMD business. More specifically, this position will focus on peer-to-peer strategy across channels, disease education activities, and customer engagement and management. The ideal candidate would have an expertise in developing compelling HCP messaging, have a bold vision of how to execute educational activities across different channels, and is forward thinking about the future of brand positioning.
- Lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives in close collaboration with other key functional partners including but not limited to HCPs, medical, meetings and events, and global teams
- Ensure specific HCP initiatives including marketing programs and campaigns are executed effectively, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory/legal requirements
- Cultivate strong relationships with solution managers, cross-functional partners, and marketing agencies
- Manage materials, projects, and resources through the internal review committee process (Promotional Review Committee)
- Lead development of peer to peer marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, Medical Expert videos, symposium content development and management, national webinar/broadcasts
- Manage sales forecasting, demand planning and distributor relationships to meet company goals.
Qualifications
You are a strategic thinker who can execute flawlessly. You put the needs of patients and those who care for them above all else and have a passion for serving them. You love to innovate across all areas including HCP engagement and experience. You have a passion and expertise in rare disease.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Product/Brand/Marketing within the Pharma and/or Biotech industry, with a preference for experience in rare and/or specialty diseases; Field Sales experience is considered a plus.
- Excellent English communication/coordination/interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to senior management and customers
- Ability to think innovatively in terms of engaging with customers and meeting their needs
