The Red Canary product team discovers and delivers products and experiences that our customers love and value! We do this by getting to know our customers and their challenges and by building differentiated, high-quality solutions that meet their needs. Every Product Manager on our team works from shared objectives, is accountable to their outcomes and is empowered to do the right thing for our customers and business in alignment with Red Canary’s company mission and vision.


The Red Canary service integrates a critical human element into its offerings, and this position is dedicated to managing these service components from a product management perspective. In addition to core product management responsibilities—such as roadmapping, pricing, and feature prioritization—you will collaborate closely with our operations teams to ensure alignment on priorities across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing the efficiency of our service delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement, and equipping internal teams with the tools and processes they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Understand our business strategy, identify business and customer opportunities that can change the trajectory of Red Canary’s business.
  • Manage the operations teams roadmaps: prioritize opportunities from a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritize the work they are doing ensuring it is the most impactful.
  • Innovate new ways of improving the operational aspects of our business through better tooling and automation.
  • Translate large initiatives and problems into opportunities and actionable user stories through frequent interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Own and maintain the quality of the product areas you are responsible for; deliver innovative world-class software and stellar customer experience with each release.
  • Constantly evaluate if our operations teams are meeting the needs of our customers, solving their problems, and delivering on the business opportunity. You use qualitative, quantitative, techniques with customer interviews and experimentation.
  • Act as the general manager of your product area; a careful steward of strategy, commercialization, and technical value.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on operational and service-based products.
  • Experience working in a Security SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, customer-facing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, security services, and the threat detection and response market.
  • The ability to build business cases around new product features or service offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions, advocate for customer outcomes, and align diverse stakeholders on shared goals.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions on product and service improvements.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on long-term strategic goals.
  • Experience with automation and process improvements, especially for operations teams, is a strong plus.
  • The ability to distill complex and ambiguous situations into impactful plans for your team.

Targeted base salary range: $138,400 - $170,000 + bonus eligibility and equity depending on experience.
