Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our options products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the options market, a proven track record in product management, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

This position is a hybrid role located in the New York City office.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for options products, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Product Development: Define product requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) to develop and launch new options products.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and translate them into product enhancements.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a high-performing product team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in product management within the options space. *MUST* have options experience.
  • Deep understanding of options trading strategies, pricing models, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting annual base pay is between $200,000 and $260,000 for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The annual base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for bonus and equity.
