Dutchie is the #1 cannabis platform and market leader across North America. We power dispensary operations in every legal state and process 70+% of the industry’s GMV with 1M+ daily transactions. Every person on our product team is responsible for delivering meaningful customer and business outcomes across the portfolio of Retailer, Supplier, and Consumer products. Our product managers have the unique opportunity to build and scale software products from 0 to 1 for the fastest growing industry in the US, and will truly be the CEO of their product with specific P&L and revenue targets. 

We are looking for an experienced product manager that demonstrates a strong work ethic, is eager to own a large product domain, proactively identifies customer pain, and independently collaborates with design & engineering to create solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

We are currently hiring for product managers to revolutionize the Retailer to Supplier purchasing & vendor credit experience, deliver unique Supplier insights by tapping into the robust Dutchie data model, and build best-in-class Consumer payments across all ordering channels.

What You'll Do...

  • Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high impact growth product areas
  • Daily hands-on collaboration with design & engineering to execute on your product roadmap
  • Be directly accountable for driving incremental ARR with new product introductions, features, and enhancements.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs, anticipate objections, and identify differentiated solutions that bring innovation into the cannabis industry.
  • Responsible for defining KPIs, ensuring every aspect of the service is instrumented and delves deep into the data to identify key insights and drive decisions based on them.
  • Build alignment across the company on the team’s vision with leadership and executives, as well as cross functional partners including growth operations, carrier partnerships, finance, and more.
  • A real generalist who cracks any and every problem with creative solutions, and has a strong natural sense of what's technically and commercially viable.
  • Help shape broader team and company product priorities and investments.

What You Bring...

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5-7 years experience in product management, software development, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience creating an inclusive environment that brings a diverse set of ideas to the table to deliver innovative, high quality, timely solutions to problems.
  • An individual with a growth mindset, innovation to empower others, and collaboration to realize our shared goals.

It's a bonus if you...

  • Strong business acumen and proficient knowledge across finance, marketing, design, sales, analytics, or communication.
  • Experience in Retail e-commerce SaaS product experience.
  • Deep understanding of user analytics, experience with A/B testing.
  • Experience working on a 0-1 product.
  • Experience in AdTech, B2B Purchasing, E-Commerce Funnel Optimization, or Digital Payments.

You’ll Get…

We are targeting a starting salary of $160,000 based on the intended level for this role. There may be flexibility on individual compensation packages based candidate skill set, experience, qualifications and other position-related factors.

In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:
