Job Description

Reejig is seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial Senior/Lead Product Manager to join our remote team in Sydney. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our founders, align product vision with strategic goals, and ensure our products meet customer needs through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. Your entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset will help drive our product's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Founders: Work closely with Reejig's founders to understand and execute the product vision, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Customer Empathy: Demonstrate a deep understanding and empathy for customer problems, ensuring our products are tailored to meet their needs and create incredible user experiences.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data to test and measure the product's performance, continuously iterating and improving based on insights.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various teams within Reejig, fostering a culture of cooperation and shared success.
  • Innovative Solutions: Work alongside AI and flex workers, integrating cutting-edge technology with our workforce strategy to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Category Creation: Be comfortable in category creation, where we are building something very new in the market.

Qualifications

You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, with a track record of bringing SaaS products to market.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and automation, and excelling in agile processes
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Exceptional empathy and customer focus.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience working with AI technologies is a plus.
  • Comfortable in category creation, building something very new in the market.
  • Passion for data and workforce intelligence platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and innovating.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, early stage startup environment (Seed to Series B) is highly desirable.
