Khazna was founded in 2019 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to specialized bank for underbanked mid-to-low-income consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs. Utilize insights to inform product strategy and roadmap development.

Product Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Khazna’s growth. Align product initiatives with business objectives and market demands.

Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Communicate product vision, progress, and challenges effectively to ensure alignment and support.

Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback through various channels, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Use insights to iteratively improve product features, usability, and overall customer experience.

Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and industry developments to identify threats and opportunities. Benchmark Khazna’s products against competitors and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches. Develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and success. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management roles, with a track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Technical knowledge is a plus.

Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Egyptian market, culture, and regulatory environment.

Skills: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience: Experience working in the fintech industry or related sectors is a plus.

Language: Fluent in Arabic and English, with proficiency in written and verbal communication.
