Company Description:
We are a fast-growing innovative start-up building a SaaS based Software Platform to help the service management companies manage their clients and vendors, deliver a next level service and streamline their end-to-end business operations. Our software allows our clients to automate workflows, eliminate manual and duplicate processes, reduce time spent in generating service requests, work orders, invoices and help them get paid faster in a seamless manner.
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building high-quality SaaS products to simplify complex workflows for our users. Our ideal candidate has experience building similar products for companies in the logistics or supply chain industry. Additionally, they will have experience building super administration automation tools for companies similar to Uber, with a deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, work order management, purchase orders, and invoices. They will be able to leverage their knowledge of these transactional items and connect them to requester and provider data flow, reducing manual entry and creating advanced automations. They will also have experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable automations and connecting it to work data.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to develop and execute product strategy
- Work closely with the development team to ensure features are built efficiently and to specifications
- Be hands-on and willing to participate in QA, UAT, UX, and reviewing prototypes
- Leverage their experience with automations in accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as connecting them to work data
- Work directly with our designer on a daily basis to get high output and feed them business logic
- Have experience with super administration automation tools for companies in the logistics or supply chain industry
- Must have experience at an early stage company in growth mode where the product is at PMF (Product Market Fit) but needing to really think about refactoring and optimizing and stabilizing.
- Have a strong passion for usability and simplicity.
- Use their deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, work order management, purchase orders, invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to build super administration automation tools that reduce operational costs and improve efficiency for both requesters and providers.
- Nice to have: Product design experience or strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as JavaScript and Ruby.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience including product design.
- Experience working at a SaaS company.
- Experience working for a Series A, B or C company in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership qualities and good team player.
