About Us:
Zenity is the leading AI agent security platform, helping enterprises secure AI agents everywhere: SaaS, homegrown, and on the endpoint. Our platform gives security teams visibility into every agent and its actions, enforces what agents are allowed to do, and detects and responds to threats across the full agent lifecycle.
Backed by top-tier investors including Norwest, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and Microsoft's M12, Zenity is a fast-growing company with a world-class team of researchers, engineers, and security practitioners. We're defining a new category, and the problems we solve are ones no one has solved before.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own two strategic areas of our platform: Endpoint and Outpost. On the endpoint, you'll shape how Zenity secures AI agents and AI-powered tools running on user devices, as local and on-device AI adoption accelerates. With Outpost, you'll define how we serve regulated and security-sensitive customers who need to keep sensitive data processing inside their own environment, while still benefiting from the full Zenity platform.
This is a highly technical, high-impact role at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI. You'll work directly with R&D, Research, Sales Engineering, and customers to turn deep technical problems into products that enterprises trust.
What You’ll DoResponsibilities:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Endpoint and Outpost, aligned with Zenity's broader platform strategy
- Translate complex customer needs, security threats, and technical constraints into clear requirements and well-scoped deliverables
- Partner closely with Engineering and Research to design, build, and ship features from concept to GA
- Work with enterprise customers and prospects, especially in regulated industries, to understand their deployment, privacy, and data residency requirements
- Stay on top of the evolving AI agent threat landscape and turn insights into product capabilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to support go-to-market, customer deployments, and technical enablement
- Define success metrics, track adoption, and use data and customer feedback to drive prioritization
- Contribute to product positioning and messaging in partnership with Product Marketing
- Evaluate the market and competitive landscape and identify new opportunities
RequirementsRequirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including ownership of technical products end to end
- Strong technical background; able to go deep with engineers and understand system architecture, deployment models, and trade-offs
- Hands-on experience in cybersecurity (e.g., endpoint security, EDR/XDR, cloud security, identity, data security, or related domains)
- Experience working with AI/ML products or technologies, with a solid understanding of how modern AI agents, LLMs, and agentic workflows operate
- Experience building or managing products for enterprise customers
- Proven ability to define strategy, prioritize in ambiguity, and drive execution across teams
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences
- Self-starter mentality, with ownership, curiosity, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with endpoint agents/sensors or on-device software across macOS and Windows
- Experience with hybrid, private cloud, or customer-hosted deployment models
- Familiarity with data residency, encryption, and compliance requirements (e.g., BYOK/CMEK, FedRAMP, SOC 2)
- Background in security research, SOC operations, or as a security practitioner
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth security startup
