This Is the Place to Be:
Connecting Futures Now! DHI Group, Inc. is the parent company of career marketplaces, Dice and ClearanceJobs. We connect candidates with career advice, resources and ultimately a dream job. At DHI, we’ve built a workplace where great people do meaningful work. This is the place to be, and we want you here with us.

You Belong Here:
Join a mission-driven company that puts its people first. We’re a collaborative, supportive team that lives by our “One Team” value – working together and winning together. Voted as a certified Great Place to Work®, our team members feel their opinions count and are cared for by DHI. 92% of employees say DHI is a Great Place to Work – 35% higher than the average U.S. company.  We’ve built a culture grounded in collaboration, growth, and giving back through volunteering and employee resource groups. Come be part of something worth showing up for!

About the team:

As part of our Product team, you’ll work in a distributed, cross-functional team of product management, product design, engineering, QA, and data. Our teams follow a loose mix of agile and Scrum based practices – while we're not sticklers about process, we are focused on building a culture of learning and experimentation. We collaborate to build and ship features quickly, measure the impact of what we’ve shipped, and shape our next product decisions based on real data and feedback.

About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own outcomes for the Candidate Experience on Dice.com. You'll lead discovery to discover the problems worth solving. You'll decide what to build with design and engineering, and prove the impact with data. You'll partner with design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ship experiences that help technologists grow their careers and help employers find the tech talent they need. You'll work closely with Product leadership to shape the strategy for your area and turn it into results.

Why we’re hiring for this role:

Dice is a strategic, revenue-driving marketplace, and this role will speed up how we deliver user-centered, AI-powered experiences that strengthen value for both sides of our marketplace.

Once hired, you will:

  • Learn Dice.com inside and out: core capabilities, our customers and users, and the product strategy and roadmap
  • Build relationships with the product, design, engineering, sales, and marketing partners you’ll work with every day
  • Lead user interviews to hear directly from technologists and recruiters about their goals and pain points
  • Define the strategy, own the roadmap and backlog for your product area and ship your first Dice.com improvement within 90 days with a clear understanding on its impact.
  • Learn our AI delivery workflow and prototype your own ideas as product, design and engineering converge.

As you progress in the role, you will:

  • Contribute to the vision and roadmap for your product area, and prioritize your team's work against it
  • Lead your team in deciding how best to reach the outcomes you’re accountable for, keeping leadership up to date on what you’re learning, what you’ve decided and why, and the risks you’re managing.
  • Lead AI-powered search, matching and recommendation initiatives that balance usability with innovation. Define success metrics and run rigorous experiments that weigh the impact on both sides of the marketplace
  • Plan and run ongoing market and customer discovery to find the next high-value opportunities for tech professionals and employers
  • Own the business case for the candidate product experience, from engagement and conversion to revenue impact and cost against forecast. Align it with Dice and DHI strategy and partner with marketing and other teams to take what you launch to market

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven ability to ship. You turn ambiguous opportunities into well-scoped ideas into products people use and connect them to measurable outcomes
  • A high bar for great software and a lean, user-centered product mindset
  • A bias for action and sound judgment. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and make good calls on complex tradeoffs where there’s no playbook answer
  • A track record of earning trust through proactive, transparent communication
  • Enthusiasm for AI and emerging tech, both in how you work and in what you ship

Required:

  • 7+ years of product management experience growing a B2B or B2C SaaS product
  • A track record of experiments and launches that increased revenue, conversion, or retention
  • Clear, proactive communication and the ability to influence and align stakeholders
  • Experience with an AI enabled product management approach, using AI tools to augment your research, communication and prototyping.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Ability to travel occasionally to customer or Dice-hosted events

Preferred:

  • Experience building products in talent acquisition or HR tech (job boards, ATS, VMS, CRM, and two-sided marketplaces)
  • Familiarity with the needs of candidates and the recruiters who hire them
  • Based in the Denver metro area and able to work onsite at DHI’s office once a week
  • Experience creating AI workflows that help automate business operations
