What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Product Strategy & Execution

● Own end-to-end delivery: from opportunity sizing and discovery to launch and iteration.

● Prioritize ruthlessly and communicate trade-offs clearly using data and customer context.

● Partner closely with a dedicated engineering team to ship high-quality, scalable features.

Customer Insight & UX Decisioning

● Own and optimize user flows, conversion funnels, and key entry points with a UX/UI partner.

● Lead decision-making on UX using behavioral data, user interviews, surveys, and screen recordings.

● Champion the customer voice while balancing design intuition, business impact, and feasibility.

● Run segmentation and usability studies to inform feature design and roadmap planning.

Agile & Team Collaboration

● Act as the Product Owner in a dedicated sprint team (backlog, refinement, planning, demos).

● Partner with Architecture on system-wide trade-offs and future-proofing strategies.

● Coordinate regularly with peer PMs to manage dependencies and share best practices.

● Champion sprint rituals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Experimentation & Performance

● Build a culture of experimentation - everything we launch is A/B tested.

● Formulate hypotheses, run multivariate tests, and analyze results with data science partners.

● Monitor KPIs (LTV, retention, churn, activation) and identify levers for improvement.

● Own performance dashboards and clearly communicate what’s working and what’s not.

Cross-Functional Influence

● Colaborate with Engineering, Marketing, CX, and Ops to align priorities and coordinate execution.

● Communicate progress, wins, and learnings to stakeholders across the company.

● Contribute to a shared product playbook - tools, frameworks, and artifacts others can reuse.

● Lead with influence, not authority, in a flat org where ICs own their impact.

What You’ll Need to Have:

● 10+ years of experience in digital product management, idealy in B2C subscription, ecommerce, or consumer tech. ● Strong track record of shipping impactful products in agile, cross-functional teams.

● Mastery of experimentation design and data-informed decision-making (Optimizely, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).

● Hands-on experience with customer research methods (surveys, interviews, segmentation, usability).

● Comfort with analytics tools and metrics that matter: LTV, churn, retention, activation.

● Experience coordinating with architecture teams to navigate scalability and complexity.

● Ability to lead UX Outcomes

● Excelent communication, stakeholder management, and storyteling skills.

What You’ll Love About Us:

● A product thinker who zooms in and out - from vision to pixels, from data to emotion.

● A strong collaborator who values others’ expertise but takes ful ownership of outcomes.

● A curious optimizer - constantly testing, learning, and iterating to make things better.

● A technical partner, not a bystander - fluent in the language of engineers and architects.

● A self-driven leader who thrives in a flat organization with minimal oversight.

● A customer advocate who brings empathy, clarity, and urgency to every decision.

● A culture builder, excited to share frameworks and elevate the craft of product across the team.
