Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - myBLDR to be part of revolutionizing these industries. We are powered by our parent company, Builders FirstSource (NYSE: BLDR): a Fortune 300 company with over $23 billion in revenue and more than 29,000 employees across 550+ locations. Together, Paradigm and BFS are redefining construction through data, digital infrastructure, and AI-powered innovation.
myBLDR is our integrated platform for homebuilding, used by tens of thousands of homebuilders to design, quote, and build homes, with billions of dollars in transactions flowing across it each year. We're expanding myBLDR to be a unified order entry and order management experience for the entire BFS sales organization, giving sales associates a single modern interface for quoting, ordering, and the agentic capabilities we're building across the business.
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to help lead that effort. You'll dig into how BFS sales associates work today across dozens of locations and systems, and partner with engineering and design to ship a platform that cuts quoting time and enables our customers to sell more homes.
This role can sit out of our Dallas, TX or Denver, CO hub locations.
What You Will Do:
Drive the future growth & success for order entry and management inside myBLDR, including how AI shows up in the core workflow. Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and analyze internal needs, while aligning with company strategy and market trends. You are the product evangelist.
Do the discovery work. Spend real time with BFS sales associates and branch teams to understand how quoting and ordering actually happens today, where the friction lives, and what a faster, simpler workflow looks like.
Define success. Set the goals, metrics, and instrumentation that tell us whether the new platform is actually moving the needle on speed, accuracy, and adoption.
Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, resolve complex challenges, and ensure alignment on goals.
You are an owner; you feel personally accountable & responsible. Proactively look for problems & inefficiencies and find elegant solutions before they become issues. Maintain a robust backlog, break projects into attainable milestones, and prioritize based on impact and feasibility.
Create and maintain clear product documentation as a single source of truth and ensure documentation standards are met across projects. Communicate updates, requirements, and progress effectively.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
Lead products through all phases—from ideation and design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert.
Create and deliver clear, engaging resources and education for internal & external customers on product offerings, features, benefits & value propositions.
Be innately curious - before you even consider a solution, you seek to understand and clearly articulate a problem.
Synthesize information from a lot of stakeholders & moving parts into simple soundbites, updates, directions & requirements.
Raise the bar on the product team. Mentor junior PMs and help build a product culture strong people want to be part of.
What You Need to Succeed:
4+ Years of demonstrated success as a Product Manager or related role with a track record of shipping products customers actually use, ideally in B2B SaaS or a complex, multi-stakeholder domain.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Comfort with messy, legacy-heavy problems. You can sit with a sales associate for a day, map out what they actually do, and come back with a plan.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical messages, spotlight benefits & tradeoffs to provide clarity & direction.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and recall detailed information in a timely manner.
Deep business acumen. You can spot the difference between a feature and a real opportunity.
Highly adaptable and resilient. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and treat shifting priorities as a feature of the job rather than a bug. Entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you. We are Agile, and we need you to be too!
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of non-direct reports to push the solution & progress.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
