Who We're Looking For:

The Senior Product Manager will own the customer facing product experience for RADIUS, translating customer needs, market insight, and business goals into a clear roadmap and well-executed product. You'll lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery in partnership with UX, Engineering, and the PM team, and you'll own adoption and engagement outcomes after launch. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Build strong relationships with clients, uncovering needs through interviews, surveys, and ongoing feedback.
  • Research client workflows and identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.
  • Prioritize insights from customers and the business into a clear product roadmap, balancing near-term needs with long-term scalability.
  • Monitor product usage and engagement, acting on insights to drive adoption well after launch.
  • Own the customer-facing RADIUS surfaces, including the vending-machine catalog, Vendor Marketplace, monitoring, and self-serve experiences.
  • Source products and services for the Vendor Marketplace, taking part in vendor negotiations and bringing the product-fit verdict.
  • Coordinate closely with the PM team and Engineering so the full product experience moves as one system.
  • Partner with UX and Engineering to align customer-facing surfaces with client workflows.
  • Embed customer feedback into product and go-to-market strategies, partnering with Marketing on feature releases.
  • Support Agile practices like Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification, or similar certification, preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years leading product initiatives; platform or marketplace ownership a strong plus.
