Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a senior Product Manager with a strong consumer-product mindset to join our Israel team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building products people genuinely want to use, not just products organizations buy. Tonkean operates in a B2B2C environment: our customers are enterprises, but our users are employees across legal, procurement, finance, HR, operations, and other business teams.

Success in this role requires understanding both sides: the business needs of our customers and the day-to-day experience of the end users who adopt and rely on our product.

In this role, you will own key product initiatives, work closely with customers, users, designers, and a global engineering team, and help shape product experiences that deliver meaningful user value and drive real adoption. We are looking for a product leader who combines strong product thinking, excellent UX judgment, curiosity about user behavior, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Own the product lifecycle from discovery and customer/user research through product vision, prioritization, execution, launch, and adoption.
Develop a deep understanding of both enterprise customer needs and end-user behavior in order to build products that create business value and are easy and enjoyable to use.
Partner closely with customers, users, designers, and engineers to build intuitive, impactful, consumer-grade product experiences.
Translate user insights, customer feedback, and business needs into clear product requirements and product decisions.
Lead product initiatives that improve user adoption, engagement, usability, and overall product experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing to deliver products that create value for users and the business.
Create clear product documentation, requirements, and enablement resources to align teams and support product adoption.
Act as a product leader by driving innovation, influencing product direction, and fostering strong collaboration across the company.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
A deep passion for user behavior, product adoption, and consumer-grade product experiences.
A strong user-centric mindset with the ability to turn user needs into simple, intuitive, and valuable product experiences.
Experience building products where user experience, usability, and adoption were key drivers of success.
Experience building B2B products with a strong end-user experience component, B2B2C products, marketplace products, or consumer products.
Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers and understanding how to balance customer needs with end-user needs.
Strong product discovery skills, including the ability to speak with customers and users, identify patterns, and translate insights into product direction.
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams while leading product initiatives from concept to launch.
Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and iterating on outstanding products.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Strong product documentation skills, with at least one example of an effective product document created in a previous role.
Experience working in startups or smaller companies is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
