What You'll Do

What You Know

  • Experience working on projects of diverse scope and complexity, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization, facilitating the delivery of product and user experience solutions to meet business needs.
  • Experience in WMOS, Warehouse management, Supply chain and Logistics is mandatory
  • Proficiency in developing high-level business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for IT teams, with experience managing changes to specifications.
  • Capable of preparing requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations based on a thorough understanding of industry practices, company policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways, leveraging strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of product management best practices, functional design, and application delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of basic project management methodology, with the ability to apply it effectively in project execution.
  • Commitment to delivering customer-focused solutions with high-quality standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, business communication, and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, capable of analyzing data to evaluate identifiable factors and propose effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, considering project requirements and constraints.
  • Established networking abilities with senior internal and external personnel within the relevant area of expertise.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities with the ability to meet project schedules and/or functional goals of the department/unit.
  • Regular interaction with customers, functional peers, and managers, addressing matters between departments and other functional areas or internal customers.
  • Active participation in a cooperative effort among members of a project team, collaborating to achieve project objectives.
  • Ability to work independently with some instruction on day-to-day work, while receiving general instructions on new assignments and areas of higher complexity.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Compensation Band

  • $140-145k per year
