    Overview:
    We are seeking a manager to join our Life Sciences Consulting practice, bringing a combination of industry insight, consulting discipline, and an understanding of how technology and data are transforming the biopharma landscape. This role blends domain knowledge with structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, supporting clients as they navigate evolving challenges across R&D, commercial, medical, and patient-facing functions.
    As a manager – Commercial Life Sciences and Product Management, you will lead workstreams within strategic engagements, contribute to solution design, and support senior stakeholders with analysis, insight, and client-ready recommendations. The role requires intellectual agility, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect business needs with enabling technologies such as AI, digital platforms, and real-world data.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Client Engagement & Strategic Advisory
    • Support the development of strategies across key Life Sciences functions such as R&D, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services.
    • Lead workstreams that address industry challenges through structured analysis, stakeholder alignment, and pragmatic recommendations.
    • Translate complex problems into actionable consulting frameworks, integrating domain, market, and regulatory considerations.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders within your area of focus, building trust and credibility.
    Solution Framing & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Contribute to the design of technology-enabled strategies, working alongside data scientists, engineers, and product teams to ensure domain relevance.
    • Shape and validate use cases involving AI/ML, digital health, or real-world data platforms, aligning business value with implementation feasibility.
    • Ensure deliverables are grounded in industry context and client objectives, while maintaining analytical rigor.
    Practice Building & Knowledge Development
    • Develop client-facing materials, proposals, and executive-level communications that convey insight with clarity and precision.
    • Contribute to internal IP and thought leadership in areas such as digital transformation, commercial strategy, or patient engagement.
    • Support the mentorship and development of junior team members within a collaborative, high-performance culture.
     
    Qualifications:
    • 6–9 years of experience in Life Sciences, with a focus on consulting, strategy, or transformation roles.
    • Exposure to multiple domains across the biopharma value chain, such as clinical development, medical affairs, commercial excellence, patient services etc.
    • Strong understanding of how emerging technologies, including AI, advanced analytics, and digital health are influencing the industry.
    • Proven ability to manage workstreams, structure analyses, and deliver high-quality outputs in a client-facing setting.
    • Strong communication skills and experience engaging with mid-level and senior stakeholders.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD, or equivalent).
