As the Senior Product Manager, Profile at Roblox, you will be responsible for empowering Roblox players, creators, influencers, and brands to build a compelling identity on Roblox. You will own critical features used by millions of users daily, such as profiles, names, online presence, coplay features, and social proof, as well as develop the vision and strategy for new zero-to-one features. Your work will power the Roblox ecosystem, helping people recognize and connect with friends & interests on Roblox, express themselves, and discover & engage with the best of Roblox through their connections. You will drive company-level objectives for user engagement.
This role is based at Roblox HQ in San Mateo, CA (no remote option, but we are hybrid).
You Will:- Build a well defined vision, strategy, and goals for Profile/Social Identity on Roblox.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Collaborate with design to define a thoughtful and well crafted journey for users to set up their identity on Roblox, and discover the best of Roblox through their connections.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in gaming and social products to inform product decisions.
- Align multiple organizations and leadership around your social identity strategy, and communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities effectively to stakeholders.
- 7+ years product manager experience with expertise in building social products – particularly identity features such as profiles, names, avatars, online presence, or accounts.
- Expertise working closely with data to opportunity size and prioritize opportunities, experiment and learn, and quickly iterate.
- The ability to work across multiple organizations to align different stakeholders around a common goal, including executive leadership.
- Experience leading cross-functional execution with various teams including engineering, data science, design, marketing, partnerships, legal, and policy, to conceptualize, develop, test, and launch impactful features.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
