We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive the development and success of our IoT products, with a strong focus on integrating AI into our products and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Experience Management: Oversee the entire digital experience, including the mobile app, firmware, cloud services, and AI integration, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive digital product roadmap, aligning with market needs and company goals, and incorporating AI-driven features.
  • Integrate AI: Lead the integration of AI and machine learning experiences into our product, moving our offerings into the future with innovative and relevant AI applications.
  • KPI and OKR Ownership: Establish and manage software and product-centric KPIs and OKRs, leveraging AI analytics to drive performance and accountability across the team.
  • Market and User Insights: Integrate market data, research, usability studies, and AI-driven user insights into product strategy to enhance customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Negotiate and prioritize product roadmap space with clients and customers, ensuring alignment and delivery.
  • Bug Triage & Prioritization: Work with product and engineering teams to clarify, triage, and prioritize bugs, and ultimately build AI tools to predict and address potential issues.
  • Risk Management: Assess risks and develop solutions to eliminate roadblocks, enabling the team to accomplish tasks on the product roadmap.
  • Best Practices Leadership: Elevate Product team best practices, including requirements gathering, documentation, process improvement, KPI tracking, and the integration of AI methodologies.

Must Haves

  • Customer Empathy: An empathy-first mindset for our customers, ensuring their needs and experiences drive product decisions.
  • Passion for Smart Home: A strong interest and passion for the Smart Home / IoT sector and its applications.
  • Extensive Experience: 6+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on IoT and smart home products.
  • Execution Focus: Real-world experience organizing teams for tactical execution, with the ability to focus on essential details and communicate requirements effectively.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and AI-driven insights to drive product decisions and strategy.
