Senior Product Manager - Rules & Agentic Products

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for our Rules and agentic products, the AI driven rules, rule libraries and infrastructure that power our marketing content risk reviews across regulated industries. It's a hands on player/coach role: you'll manage your own portfolio end-to-end while mentoring other Product Managers, and act as the team's go-to on the broader AI/LLM landscape. This role is based in Melbourne on a hybrid basis, with 3 days a week onsite.

What you'll be doing

• Own the roadmap and outcomes for the Rules product line, from discovery through delivery and go-to-market, and prioritise investment across products and platform capabilities.
• Define our point of view on deterministic vs LLM assisted rule authoring, including confidence thresholds and human-in-the-loop design.
• Track new LLM models, evals methodologies and prompt/agent techniques, and translate them into product opportunities or risks for a regulated industry context.
• Run your own discovery and delivery end-to-end, writing PRDs and story maps and breaking down AI/ML features into clear, testable stories.
• Mentor other product managers and builders while managing your own portfolio, and help shape how our product team works.
• Communicate product vision, priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders, and represent the product as SME in customer and sales conversations.
• Provide day to day people leadership for product managers and builders on your team, including coaching, development and performance conversations.

We're looking for someone with proven leadership experience, a genuine and active interest in AI, and a hands on approach to the work itself. You're happy to roll your sleeves up alongside your team rather than direct from a distance, and you bring people with you rather than just setting direction. • Established background in B2B SaaS Product Management.
• At least 3+ years building products using traditional and/or generative AI technologies.
• Deep working knowledge of LLM based product concepts: prompt design, classification, confidence thresholds and human-in-the-loop design.
• Genuine curiosity about regulatory or compliance domains; exposure to regulated industries or compliance software is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tooling in your own workflow, and well versed in agile ways of working across cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers is essential, along with strong commercial and business casing skills.
