Role Mission
We’re hiring a Senior Product Managers to lead the development of AI-driven products from 0→1. You'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to shape the vision, define strategy, and execute on delivery. This is a high-impact role for product leaders who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and technically deep environments.
Deliverables
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a focus on 0→1 AI initiatives
- Define product strategy, requirements, and success metrics
- Set product goals and key performance indicators that align with the company’s mission and objectives
- Collaborate directly with external clients and internal stakeholders to align on business needs
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science
- Prioritize features and manage trade-offs to maximize impact
- Develop strategies to ensure the safety and privacy of user data
- Ensure the product meets regulatory compliance and adheres to the highest standards of accessibility and inclusivity
- Stay ahead of AI trends and contribute to the broader product strategy at Lightci
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Computer Science, or related field;
- You have real-world experience building AI/ML-powered products—from idea to launch
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and lead with curiosity and clarity
