Job OverviewThe Senior Product Manager, Provider is responsible for driving execution across multiple Provider Solutions products. This role ensures alignment between product delivery, customer needs, and business objectives by developing clear product requirements, managing prioritization, and delivering measurable value. The role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and a focus on continuous improvement through data and market insights.
Essential Functions- Own day-to-day product execution across multiple Provider Solutions offerings, ensuring alignment with customer value and portfolio priorities
- Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap by defining themes, prioritizing initiatives, and maintaining a well-curated backlog
- Align product delivery with business objectives by balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, and engineering capacity
- Define initiative scope and success criteria, including problem statements, target users, KPIs, and release metrics
- Develop clear, actionable product requirements (PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria) to enable efficient delivery
- Partner with engineering, design, and data/analytics teams to drive agile delivery while proactively managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
- Leverage customer feedback, product analytics, and market insights to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with commercial, business development, and strategy teams to ensure solutions are differentiated and aligned to market needs
- Support go-to-market readiness by contributing to positioning, demos, release materials, and sales enablement assets
- Communicate product status, priorities, and decision rationale clearly to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
- Ensure delivered capabilities demonstrate measurable business value, driving adoption, workflow impact, and customer outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Computer Science, Healthcare, Business, or related field), or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in software, data, or analytics-driven products
- Experience working with healthcare provider organizations, business development, and/or strategy teams
- Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities, including use of KPIs, analytics, and customer/market insights
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery and influence without direct authority
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare analytics, provider solutions, or commercial strategy products
- Familiarity with PRM, referral optimization, territory planning, or resource allocation workflows
- Experience supporting go-to-market launches and sales enablement initiatives

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $274,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Skills Required
