A bit about the role:

Join us at the forefront of AI innovation as a Senior Product Manager, where you'll shape the future of social media interaction through our hyper-realistic AI bots. 

As our Product Manager for the Platform & Tooling team, you'll lead the development of sophisticated tools that enable rapid iteration and quality improvement of our AI features across the platform. You'll architect and oversee our variant management system, enabling teams to rapidly experiment with and optimize AI features while maintaining high quality standards. This role sits at the intersection of product innovation and technical infrastructure, requiring both strategic vision and detailed execution.

• Design and implement a platform that enables code-free configuration of AI features across the company

• Create tools that empower teams to rapidly A/B test LLM features while maintaining quality across the product

• Develop metrics and monitoring systems to capture and share learnings across teams to accelerate platform-wide improvements

• Partner with engineering, machine learning, and product teams to ensure the bots’ behavior is controllable through an easy-to-use, centralized system

• 5+ years of deep consumer product management experience with at least 3 years focusing on technical infrastructure or developer tools

• Experience with A/B testing, feature flagging systems, or similar experimental infrastructure

• Technical background with understanding of ML/AI systems and their practical applications

• Proven ability to balance technical complexity with user experience in product decisions

• Experience with data analysis and experimental design

• Background in building products with AI components (LLMs, computer vision, speech) is highly desired

Location:

We have offices located in Sunnyvale, CA, San Francisco, CA, and Brooklyn, NY. While we offer fully remote and hybrid employment opportunities, our team strongly desires candidates to be available to work in the Bay Area or within the Pacific Time Zone (PST).

Pay Equity: 

In compliance with Pay Transparency Laws, the base salary range for this role is between $150,000-200,000 for those located in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City and Seattle, WA. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
