About the New Fintech Product Team
Coupang’s fintech organization is continuously innovating to provide financial services that go beyond the shopping experience. The newly launching New Fintech Product will be a core offering within the Coupang ecosystem, designed to transform customers’ financial lives. The Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in new product development and leading large-scale projects. This role will be instrumental in defining and building Coupang’s new fintech product from the ground up, delivering innovative and customer-centric financial experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and strategy for Coupang’s New Fintech Product
- Lead the development and successful launch of a product from 0 to 1
- Drive and execute large-scale projects impacting millions of customers
- Design and implement innovative features that address customer financial needs
- Continuously improve the product through experimentation, customer feedback, and data analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, risk, operations, and other teams to execute the product roadmap
- Develop product strategies for global expansion and localization
- Build, inspire, and lead a team of Product Managers while evangelizing the product vision internally and externally
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven experience in developing and launching products from 0 to 1
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects
- Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or quantitative field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – preferred
- Understanding of marketplace or consumer platform business models – preferred

Document Return Policy
- This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.

- In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all of his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
