Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) - Saas Munich

As a Senior/Staff Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our product vision and strategy to create future-proof supply chains for SMEs—the backbone of the European economy. Acting at the intersection of product management, UX design, and software development, you will coordinate and oversee the continuous improvement of our software, from concept to testing and implementation. You will identify customer needs and ensure our software is developed to address real-world challenges, delivers value to customers, and is commercially successful. Additionally, you will significantly impact the development of our organization, improving processes and structures to establish an excellent product organization.

Key Tasks:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and define a long-term product roadmap.
• Customer-Centric Prioritization: Prioritize product ideas aligned with our strategy based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback, ensuring our product provides value to customers.
• Product Positioning: Position our product in the market by highlighting its unique selling points in alignment with market trends and competitive developments.
• UX/UI Collaboration: Work closely with our UX/UI team, coordinating product discovery by validating ideas and ensuring we develop relevant solutions for customers.
• Tech Collaboration: Partner with our tech team to test new features and empower engineers to implement them.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the organization to develop and test hypotheses.
• Organization & Structure: Establish processes and structures to facilitate better product decision-making.

Your ProfileWhat You Bring:

• You are motivated to build something from scratch and willing to roll up your sleeves.
• You have over 2–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, and are ambitious about building an excellent product organization.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a dynamic, high-paced environment (e.g., a well-backed VC startup or top tech company).
• Ideally, you have experience in scaling a successful startup or founding your own venture.
• You are passionate about industrial companies, SMEs, and supply chains—one of the most complex, unsolved challenges of our time.
• You possess a solid understanding of both technical and commercial aspects.
• You enjoy working with an interdisciplinary, diverse, and international team.
• You have strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
