What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Manager at Thesis, you will be instrumental in connecting decentralized finance with traditional Bitcoin. You will lead the development of products, apps, and technologies enabling Bitcoin integration into DeFi platforms and applications. This role combines technical expertise, market insights, and leadership skills. The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the VP of Product.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with the VP of Product to define and refine product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
• Roadmap Planning: Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing immediate deliverables with long-term strategic objectives.
• Feature Development: Work closely with engineering to prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and technical feasibility.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with blockchain developers, DeFi platforms, and end-users to deliver successful product integrations.
• Market Research & Insights: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching trends in Bitcoin, blockchain, and DeFi, especially in the context of Bitcoin integrations.
• User Experience: Focus on creating user-friendly, intuitive products by collecting and acting on user feedback.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Documentation & Support: Oversee the creation of thorough product documentation and support materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in product management, ideally in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and blockchain technology.
• Experience with DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations) is a plus.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and geo-distributed environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Ideally You’ll Have

• Prior experience in a cryptocurrency, DeFi, or web3 project.
• Passion for decentralized finance and its transformative potential.
• Experience working with a globally distributed team.

Location

All Thesis roles are remote-first, with a preference for Europe & Americas time zones.
