Main Goal
Lead the strategy and execution of in-product Community & Education mechanics across Desktop, Mobile, and Web, transforming Skylum products into an interconnected ecosystem that drives long-term retention, engagement, and account-level LTV.

This role focuses on building sustainable product-led growth loops and embedding community and learning directly into the user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Community & Education Product Strategy
- Design and implement product-led community systems that increase retention, engagement, cross-product usage, account-level LTV
- Integrate education directly into the product experience.
- Create mechanics that transform passive users (observers) into engaged participants.
- Establish foundations for scalable network effects within the ecosystem.
- Design personalized development journeys that guide users from activation to habit.

Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Proven experience building engagement and retention-focused features.
- Strong understanding of activation, habit formation, and product-led growth.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to independently drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to Have
- Experience building feeds, social mechanics, gamification, or learning platforms.
- Experience working across multiple platforms (Web, Desktop, Mobile is a plus).
- Experience designing systems that leverage network effects.
- Passion for photography, creativity tools, or visual storytelling.
