Senior Product Manager - Servicing

As a Product Lead within our Digital Bank, you will play a pivotal role in empowering internal teams to serve customers effectively and efficiently, while elevating the overall banking experience. You will own product outcomes for internal platforms, tools, and capabilities that enable customer service, operations, risk, and other internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality customer experiences at scale.

• Drive product strategy by identifying opportunities, defining clear goals, and aligning initiatives with clan and company objectives.
• Translate business and customer needs into a clear product vision and roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term impact.
• Champion customer-centric design to ensure internal products enhance team effectiveness and the overall customer experience.

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and align diverse teams.
