As a key member of our Product team, you will:

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the development of an innovative 3D simulation and digital factory platform. You will own the product from concept to launch, define its roadmap, and work closely with R&D and design teams to deliver real value to global users. This is a unique opportunity to help build a product from the ground up with a clear technical and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product to success by owning all aspects of the product line, strategy, delivery, customer feedback, and evangelism.
• Serve as the voice of the product internally and externally, enabling sales and marketing with relevant product capabilities and use cases.
• Guide the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and detailed requirement definition to design, development, and release.
• Collaborate with agile cross-functional teams, including R&D, UI/UX designers, product marketers, and business stakeholders.
• Act as a product leader, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders around a shared product vision.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to clearly articulate ideas, product vision, and customer needs across all levels of the organization.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Prioritize and manage the development backlog based on market needs, customer input, and business goals.
• Engage with internal and external users to align product capabilities with real-world workflows and business objectives.

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, successfully delivering software products.
• Technical background with strong understanding of R&D processes and product development from scratch.
• Demonstrated vision for building products from the ground up, including strategy, design, and go-to-market planning.
• Proven ability to define user stories, UI/UX requirements, and translate technical ideas into business value.
• Solid knowledge of 3D environments, 3D simulation, or tools such as Revit, Blender, or similar CAD software.
• Strong solution-oriented approach to complex product challenges.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to influence, align, and lead cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—able to clearly communicate with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Experience in data-driven product development and using insights to inform decision-making.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experienced with a range of technologies including telecommunications, Digital Twins, drones, AI, and computer vision.
• Familiarity with CAD creation, digital factory concepts, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
• MBA or master’s degree in a relevant field
