About the role
This is a remote, Exempt, Full-Time position based in the United States. The successful candidate must have valid work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates should be comfortable working in US timezones. This role reports directly to the Staff Product Manager.
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Transcend’s Workflows and DSR Automation product - simplifying the configuration of complex privacy processes and scaling orchestration across data systems, integrations, and user journeys. You will own the product outcomes for Workflows end-to-end, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver state of the art products that facilitate processing privacy requests and workflows at massive scales.
What you'll do
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Workflows, grounded in clear success metrics.
- Deliver a best-in-class, guided configuration experience for Workflows that scales to complex, multi-region, multi-subject requirements while remaining approachable to non-technical users.
- Partner with Engineering to design and ship core lifecycle capabilities across the full DSR lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Integrations team to expand coverage, reliability, and error-handling—enabling Workflows to operate seamlessly across SaaS tools, data warehouses, and homegrown systems.
- Translate customer feedback and usage analytics into crisp problem statements, prioritized roadmaps, and high-quality product requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
- Champion usability and simplicity—iterate with Design to ensure the product is intuitive both for admin users and customer users.
- Drive GTM readiness for launches (enablement, collateral, demos) and partner with CX to ensure smooth migrations and measurable customer impact.
- Incorporate regulatory and enterprise requirements into roadmap decisions (e.g., approvals, auditability, regionalization), balancing flexibility and opinionated defaults.
- Lead discovery and validation with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to de-risk assumptions and unlock new workflow use-cases (e.g., preference changes, retention workflows).
- Manage product lifecycle execution from concept to launch—requirements, scoping, prioritization, development, QA, rollout, and post-launch iteration.

What you must have:
- 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record owning complex, technical products (workflows/orchestration, integrations, or data platforms).
- Strong technical fluency: APIs/webhooks, integration patterns, event/queue models, and comfort collaborating deeply with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs.
- Customer Obsession: Proactively discovers needs across personas; converts insights into delightful, high-impact UX.
- Demonstrated success shipping intuitive configuration experiences for complex domains, balancing simplicity for non-technical users with power and scale for enterprise needs.
- Experience defining and moving product metrics (adoption, time-to-value, quality/reliability, NPS/CSAT) and tying outcomes to customer value and revenue impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; clear, concise PRDs/specs; effective storytelling with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with privacy/regulatory domains (e.g., GDPR/CPRA) or related data governance/compliance areas; ability to translate requirements into product capabilities.
- Product Strategy & Vision: ability to shape a compelling multi-quarter strategy; that aligns teams and decisions to measurable outcomes.
What you should have:
- Domain experience in privacy, data governance, security, GRC, or adjacent complex/regulated SaaS.
- Background building or managing workflow/orchestration products or rules engines; experience with multi-identifier, multi-region, and per-workflow configuration patterns.
- Familiarity with data systems, SaaS integrations, and enterprise admin tooling.
- Experience improving onboarding flows and reducing time-to-value for complex enterprise features.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.

- The compensation pay range represents our reasonable expectation for this role. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, skillset, and geographic location.
- This specific range applies to Tier 1 labor markets like the SF Bay Area and New York City; it may be adjusted based on the labor market in other geographic areas and the individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
