We seek a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead product development initiatives. This role focuses on building innovative products that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to bring products from concept to market.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute product strategies that align with FuturHealth’s mission and goals in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Lead cross-functional teams through product development lifecycles from ideation to launch, while maintaining flexibility to pivot as business needs evolve.
- Actively manage and optimize the product funnel, making data-driven adjustments to support conversion, LTV, and retention goals.
- Use market research, data analysis, and user feedback to prioritize product features and ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives.
- Take a hands-on approach in resolving product challenges and implementing solutions that drive immediate and long-term results.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, with a particular focus on metrics that reflect customer engagement and business growth.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to influence product roadmaps and strategic initiatives while contributing to FuturHealth’s scaling efforts.
- Advocate for user-centered design, ensuring a seamless and impactful product experience.
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, health tech, or AI-driven products.
- Proven ability to lead product strategy and execution in ambiguous and complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
- Experience in D2C, digital health, or ecommerce.
- Technical background or experience working with engineering teams.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in product development.
The pay range for this role is $142,000- $191,000 total compensation package. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation such as bonus and equity. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
