Senior Product Manager, Product Intelligence
You will be the architect of how Plusgrade uses data to win, moving us from reactive reporting to a future where every product decision is backed by a predictive engine you built from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing
You will own the strategy and execution of our Product Intelligence roadmap, bridging the gap between complex data engineering and actionable product growth. This isn't about building dashboards, it is about creating the infrastructure for experimentation and self-serve insights that empower every team at Plusgrade to optimize the traveler journey. You will work closely with Data Science and Engineering to build internal tools and external-facing features that turn behavioral patterns into revenue opportunities. Because AI is woven into our stack, you will design and run evals for AI features to define quality criteria and measure regressions, ensuring our models actually solve partner problems.
What You Bring
You are a systems thinker who has a track record of building product analytics or data platforms from scratch, and you prefer owning the outcome to just following a spec.
Data is your native language, you can write your own SQL, build your own dashboards, and you know exactly which metrics actually move the needle versus which ones are just noise.
You move fast and carry your weight, you are the person who spots a gap in our experimentation logic and fixes it before it impacts a release.
When it comes to AI, you don't just use it, you've replaced recurring manual work with workflows you built and refined, and you can tell the difference between output you can trust and output that needs your judgment.
You are an enabler who loves clearing roadblocks for others, creating the tools and frameworks that allow your teammates to lead and experiment with total autonomy.
