Senior Product Manager: Generative/ Agentic AI
About Cogentiq (Fractal’s Agentic AI Platform): Cogentiq is Fractal’s secure, scalable, enterprise agentic AI platform that enables teams to build, test, deploy, monitor agents and multi‑agent workflows with strong observability, evaluation, guardrails and RBAC across any cloud or LLM framework. It includes a no/low‑code development console, Agent & MCP Gateways, and an enterprise marketplace for reusable agents, tools, connections and guardrails.
Role Purpose: Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Cogentiq’s agentic capabilities, bringing enterprise‑grade orchestration, governance, and developer experience to life. Partner across engineering, research, and field teams to deliver client value—fast, compliant, and at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and evolve the product vision, positioning, and long-term roadmap for the Cogentiq platform.
- Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in Agentic AI, LLMOps, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration
- Translate strategy into actionable product plans, ensuring alignment with Fractal’s enterprise AI ecosystem.
2. Platform Architecture & Capabilities
- Work closely with engineering and AI research teams to define platform requirements across: Multi-agent orchestration; Memory, planning, tool-use, reasoning engines; Observability, governance, safety & guardrails; API layer, SDKs, connectors, cloud deployment models
- Prioritize platform capabilities with an eye on scalability, reusability, enterprise compliance and extensibility.
3. Product Execution & Delivery
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: requirements, specifications, acceptance criteria, release management and documentation.
- Build detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and work with design on workflows, UX and developer experience.
- Manage sprints and work closely with engineering leads to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Sales, Client Solutions, and GTM teams to shape offerings, demos and client value propositions.
- Enable field teams with product knowledge, positioning and market insights.
- Collaborate with customer teams to design proof-of-concepts, pilots and enterprise deployments using Cogentiq.
5. Client & Market Engagement
- Conduct customer discovery to identify pain points in automation, AI orchestration, MLOps and agentic workflows.
- Collect feedback from enterprise clients, internal teams and industry forums to drive continuous product evolution.
- Represent Cogentiq in client conversations, workshops and industry events.
6. Governance, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure Cogentiq adheres to responsible AI, safety protocols, auditability, observability and compliance frameworks.
- Work with security and cloud teams to maintain standards across identity, permissions, data governance, and enterprise controls.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience in product management, preferably in AI platform products or enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong background in Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI architectures, ML platforms or data/AI infrastructure products.
- Proven experience defining roadmaps, writing PRDs and delivering complex technical products.
- Excellent understanding of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP), API products and AI governance principles.
- Ability to work with engineering and research teams to convert high-level concepts into detailed product requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence across teams.
- Experience in agile environments with fast-paced, iterative delivery cycles.
- Technical degree (Engineering/Computer Science) along with MBA.
- Very strong communication skill.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with agentic systems, multi-agent frameworks, workflow automation platforms or developer platforms.
- Understanding of LLMOps, model evaluation, observability, vector/semantic retrieval and tool-use frameworks.
- Exposure to enterprise clients in domains such as BFSI, Healthcare, CPG, Retail or Technology.
- PMP / PMI‑ACP / PRINCE2, CSM/PSM, SAFe PM/PO, PMO certification (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder engagement and the ability to “speak the language” with engineering and AI research.
