Your Role:

Treasure Data is seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to join our team focused on Generative AI. You will be responsible for driving new Agentic Features and Agents on the product roadmap, including the entire product life cycle from definition, build, launch, and ramp-up. You work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions to a diverse set of global 2000 customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Martech and AI, as well as a proven track record of delivering successful, enterprise-grade SaaS AI products.

Responsibilities & Duties:  

- Collaborate with the Product Management executives to align the Generative AI Agent product strategy with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

- Develop a comprehensive and prioritized roadmap based on use cases from customer feedback, market research, and data analysis for some of our Generative AI features. 

- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for the Gen AI platform capabilities, from ideation to launch.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and design scalable and robust solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI design, and product marketing, to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and gain a deep understanding of customer pain points to inform feature development and enhance the user experience.

- Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for Gen AI features.

- Support the sales team in customer engagements, providing technical expertise and product knowledge as needed.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of Gen AI features.

- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of these features, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Desired Qualifications: 

- 8+ years experience in enterprise SaaS Product Management, preferably in the MarTech domain

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus. 

- Strong understanding of Martech and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).

- Strong understanding of generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI agents. Experience in prompt engineering in the Production system is a plus.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams globally, including engineering, UX, and product marketing. Experience in Agile/Scrum is a plus.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Proven track record of delivering successful Generative AI products and driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

- Business-level English proficiency

Physical Requirements: 

Working out of our Tokyo, Japan office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.” 

Travel Requirements: 

Requires peaks of 25% travel to visit clients
