Role Overview
GasBuddy is a leading fuel and in store products savings platform that empowers consumers to make smarter decisions and save money on gas. With a passionate community of millions of users, GasBuddy is transforming the way people think about their fuel purchases. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead our Partnerships growth area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrations with our strategic partners. You will be responsible for value discovery and delivery value to both consumers and brand partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the GasBuddy Partnerships Program, including consumer experience, backend integrations and data integrations.
- Test and learn from new partnership launches to grow the program.
- Collaborate with business leadership during the discovery process of new partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align on the Go to Market strategy for new partnerships.
- Lead third party technical integration efforts including scoping, planning, communication and delivery.
- Continuously innovate to create a fun and engaging experience for users participating in the partner programs.
- Analyze program performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions and improvements.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to bring new features and improvements to market.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure GasBuddy's Rewards program remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in rewards programs, loyalty marketing, or related areas
- Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and experience creating engaging digital products
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working with CPG brands and managing partner relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
