The Role

Once upon a time, our Conversion Rate Optimization team did such a good job optimizing our web that they started to play and experiment with our products and features. Now they’re nicknamed the Experimentation team, and they dedicate their time to finding how any new feature could improve our user experience.

This team is filled with curious, detail-oriented puzzle builders who love to observe and learn from various data. Their goal is to create a culture of experimentation throughout the company so that all employees understand the value and benefits of experimenting. And now they are looking for new pair of hands and brains to help them outsmart the competition!

If you want to:

  • Define and execute the long-term and short-term roadmap for the internal experimentation platform, aligning it with company goals;
  • Work with engineering, data, and experimentation teams to build and enhance the experimentation platform;
  • Ensure the platform supports various testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate, Bayesian, bandits, etc.);
  • Ensure statistical rigor and experiment governance, preventing biased results and misinterpretation;
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and experimentation managers to understand their experimentation needs;
  • Educate and train internal teams on best practices for experiment design, execution, and interpretation;
  • Advocate for an experiment-led culture by making experimentation more accessible and impactful.

And you can check off:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in data platforms, experimentation, or analytics fields;
  • Solid technical understanding of experimentation methodologies (e.g., A/B testing,  statistical significance, Bayesian vs. Frequentist approaches, quasi-experiments);
  • Experience working with engineering teams to build data or other products;
  • Solid understanding of event tracking and data infrastructure;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to align multiple teams and drive adoption;
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Here’s the deal:

  • Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;
  • Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts and a physical coach to health insurance and regular mental health checks;
  • Tools of your choice: choose the technical equipment and tools you need to do your best work;
  • Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations;
  • Convenient commuting: traveling from point A to point B can be a pain. That’s why, depending on your unique circumstances, we compensate part of your public transport costs;
  • Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world;
  • Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends;
  • Gross salary: 4700- 6300 Eur/month for the Lithuanian market. It may vary depending on your skills, experience, or location.
