Nexaminds is looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for a pod spanning four related disciplines: Developer Platform, Developer Experience, AI Platform, and AI Experience. This role treats our development teams as customers, prioritizing investments based on real friction, and driving the adoption of platform capabilities and AI-assisted tooling across the engineering organization.

Qualifications we are looking for:
5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing platforms, developer tools, AI/ML, or internal/technical products with engineers as the primary customer.
Technical Fluency: Deep technical background to participate credibly in architecture discussions, engineering tradeoff evaluations, and build-vs-buy analyses.
Product Discovery & Strategy: Demonstrated experience running structured user research with technical audiences, owning multi-quarter roadmaps, and writing clear PRDs/RFCs.
Metrics & Outcomes: Proven ability defining and tracking developer productivity and adoption metrics (such as DORA, DX Core 4, SPACE, getDX, or platform CSAT/NPS).
Platform-as-a-Product Practices: Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (Backstage or equivalent), CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and modern cloud architectures (Azure preferred).
AI Developer Tooling: Hands-on experience driving organizational adoption of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills to evangelize internal products, coordinate dependencies with security and architecture, and demonstrate platform ROI to senior leadership.
Nice to have:
Prior software engineering background or Computer Science education.
Familiarity with AI governance and regulatory frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001).
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic developer workflows.
Experience establishing platform user councils, office hours, or internal developer community programs.
Domain knowledge in HCM, payroll, or related enterprise SaaS environments.
Job duties:
Own the multi-quarter product roadmap across the four pod disciplines, balancing infrastructure investments against AI capability adoption and developer experience improvements.
Conduct regular technical discovery, journey mapping, and pain-point analysis by treating internal development teams as customers.
Establish a platform user council and run regular office hours, intake reviews, and feedback loops to synthesize qualitative and quantitative usage data.
Drive adoption of platform capabilities and AI tooling across engineering teams through internal launches, live demos, and technical training sessions.
Own the developer-facing documentation strategy, ensuring it acts as an intuitive user interface and core deliverable for the platform.
Define and track outcome metrics (DORA, cycle time reduction, platform CSAT) and build dashboards that clearly demonstrate platform ROI to engineering leadership.
Shape the AI Platform & Experience strategy, evaluating AI tooling vendors with attention to security, privacy, cost, model risk, and emerging regulatory requirements.
Partner with Application Architecture, Security, and Product Engineering to coordinate infrastructure dependencies, deprecation timelines, and migration plans.
Translate complex engineering concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa to make prioritization tradeoffs visible across constrained capacity.
