The Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Product team is dedicated to developing a deep understanding of guest behavior over time and building data-driven products that optimize retention, engagement, and long-term business value. As a Senior Product Manager on this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap to unlock actionable insights and influence business decisions through the lens of guest lifetime value. In this role you will work on:
CLV Strategy Development
Define and execute a comprehensive strategy to measure, model, and grow Customer Lifetime Value using advanced analytics and behavioral insights.
Partner with enterprise teams to ensure CLV metrics influence business priorities across marketing, loyalty, assortment, and digital experiences.
Product Innovation
Lead the creation and continuous enhancement of predictive models and segmentation strategies that identify high-value guest cohorts, potential churn, and growth opportunities.
Translate complex data outputs into user-centric tools and experiences that drive personalized engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with data science, engineering, analytics, finance, marketing, and digital teams to operationalize CLV metrics across guest touchpoints.
Advocate for CLV integration into decision-making processes across the enterprise.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Define KPIs, establish baselines, and monitor the impact of CLV-driven initiatives on guest behavior and business outcomes.
Use data storytelling to influence senior leaders and inform strategy pivots.
Experimentation and Optimization
Partner with experimentation teams to design A/B tests and evaluate interventions aimed at increasing guest loyalty and spend over time.
Leverage results to refine predictive models and drive continuous improvement.
Market and Thought Leadership
Stay current on CLV modeling approaches, retention best practices, and personalization trends in the retail industry.
Share insights and mentor peers across product and analytics functions.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be accountable for your product’s vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes. Champion a data-first mindset and ensure that guest value and experience are core to every initiative. Manage a team backlog in close partnership with engineers, UX designers, and data scientists. Communicate product progress, risks, and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.

About You
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of product management experience leveraging AI, Data Science, and Customer Lifetime Value Models
Desired experience with one or more functional areas: CRM, digital, digital marketing, loyalty, personalization, ad-tech products, mar-tech products, or customer analytics
Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
Ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners
Strong communication skills
