Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from first rollout through ongoing tuning and growth. Serve as the bridge between customers and the product organization, while helping establish the working practices for a brand-new function.
What you'll do
- Manage a set of accounts from start to finish, learning each client's business, scoping and launching solutions, and finding new areas of use.
- Lead strategic discussions with senior customer stakeholders, presenting value, quantifying return and backing claims with data.
- Get hands-on when needed to investigate unexpected system behavior, adjust configurations and meet regulatory obligations.
- Relay what customers tell you and the gaps you observe to the product team so they shape the roadmap.
- Contribute to the standards and repeatable processes of the function as it grows.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience, including substantial work directly with customers, leading meetings and owning relationships.
- A product background or sharp product instincts, with the ability to link strategy to hands-on delivery.
- Ease working through unclear situations and taking full ownership in a rapidly changing, build-oriented setting.
- Strong analytical instincts: reading metrics, articulating return on investment and reaching practical conclusions from data.
- Technical product understanding, including grasp of product concepts and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work hybrid in San Francisco, four days a week in the office.
Bonus points
- Prior experience in a customer-facing product or technical solutions role at a startup, or in management or strategy consulting.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or a regulated sector such as financial services or healthcare.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and SQL.
