Senior Product Manager - Core Team
Product Managers at Sirona have the ability to bring clarity and prioritization through ambiguous situations. You are customer obsessed and enjoy listening and synthesizing pain points. PM's should enjoy the “white space” of a high-growth environment and thrive at bringing clarity and process to ambiguous challenges. You have the ability to identify and evaluate tradeoffs to drive prioritization and a painstaking attention to detail. You are a facilitator and accelerator of success, an exceptional cross-functional team player with a willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. You can see the bigger picture and find mutually beneficial compromises across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the product prioritization and align the team to work on the most impactful opportunities
- Define and communicate a roadmap across sales, customer service, and product team
- Understand user needs and gather product requirements
- Execute on features, milestones, and goals
- Work with a team of designers and engineers to create elegant user experiences and robust technical solutions
- Engage closely with the engineering team to determine the best technical implementation methods and execute on reasonable implementation schedules
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience within the radiology IT field
- Experience with data, AI algorithms, or platform product development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to customer sites up to 20% of the time

The annual US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $190,000 + equity + benefits. Pay scale is flexible depending on experience. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, relevant education and training.
