Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering seamless banking experiences to millions of customers. Within RBS, the Consumer Finance Domain is responsible for end‑to‑end product ownership across consumer spending and lending — spanning product design, delivery, risk, and customer experience.
The MyExperience Squad supports in‑life customer spending journeys in the Consumer Spending Crew of the Consumer Finance domain, enabling customers to confidently use, manage, and rely on their card products throughout their lifecycle. We work across platforms, partners, and internal teams to deliver customer‑centred outcomes that are well‑governed, scalable, and operationally sound.
As Senior Product Manager, you will support product outcomes across the value stream, balancing customer experience, governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution.
What you’ll drive
Customer‑Centric In‑Life Journeys: Support product outcomes that improve how customers experience and manage their everyday spending, grounding decisions in customer needs while balancing operational and regulatory considerations.
Stakeholder, Schemes, Supplier & Governance Engagement: Work closely with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders to support scheme‑related activities and supplier engagement, contributing to governance, contract‑aligned delivery, and risk‑aware decision‑making across the card lifecycle.
Delivery Enablement Across the Value Stream: Provide hands‑on product and project management support across initiatives, shaping requirements, managing dependencies, and enabling effective end‑to‑end delivery.
We’re looking for
Customer‑First Product Thinking: Demonstrated ability to put customers at the centre of decision‑making, particularly across in‑life consumer spending journeys.
Relevant Experience & Stakeholder Management: Experience with consumer spending products, combined with strong internal and external stakeholder management and exposure to scheme interactions, supplier and contract management, customer experience, and project or delivery management.
Collaboration & Execution: Confident influencer who communicates clearly, builds trust across teams and partners, and brings structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives.
