What you’ll do:
- Shape Product Strategy: Use market research, customer insights, and technical expertise to create and execute a long-term vision for Redis Cloud in security, developer tools, and enterprise adoption.
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to bring impactful, customer-focused solutions to market at scale.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences: Champion customer needs by analyzing feedback, identifying pain points, and delivering intuitive solutions that make Redis Cloud effortless to adopt and manage through seamless connectivity, observability tools, and streamlined programmatic access to meet customers’ diverse needs.
- Innovate for Growth: Drive initiatives that accelerate adoption, ease migrations, and expand Redis Cloud’s reach, enabling businesses to transition effortlessly to a modern, cloud-native database platform.
What will you need to have?
- 5+ years of experience in product management of cloud services catering to enterprise customers.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technical solutions.
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), security practices, and developer workflows.
- Experience driving security oriented features such as identity management, secure connectivity and preferably experience delivering Bring Your Own Cloud solutions.
- Exceptional communication in English and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with enterprise customers.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving customer problems and driving business outcomes.
Extra great if you have:
- Experience with Redis or other NoSQL database technologies.
- Experience with integrating observability tools as part of cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with APIs and Infrastructure as Code.
