About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to be part of the team responsible for the concept, strategy, and evolution of TaDa's Checkout & Personalization solutions, with a focus on optimizing the customer purchasing journey and delivering personalized experiences across our platform. In this role, you will lead initiatives that improve conversion, customer experience, and business performance while ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

You will collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders from various countries to turn ideas into effective and scalable solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to define strategy, scope, prioritize, and deliver features that enhance the checkout experience and personalization capabilities across our platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with engineering, product design, data science, and commercial stakeholders to lead product initiatives across Checkout & Personalization;
  • Define and execute the product strategy for TaDa's Checkout & Personalization experience, delivering scalable and customer-centric solutions across multiple countries;
  • Lead initiatives that improve conversion, customer experience, and business performance through optimized checkout flows and personalized experiences;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, scope, requirements, prioritize initiatives, and support execution;
  • Lead products from concept to launch, continuously measuring results and driving product improvements;
  • Partner with data science and engineering teams to evolve personalization capabilities, leveraging algorithms, experimentation, and data to deliver more relevant customer experiences;
  • Write clear product specs, define success metrics, track progress, and communicate updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

What you'll need:

  • University degree in any area;
  • Strong experience working in cross-functional software teams as a Product Manager;
  • Advanced written, verbal, and presentation skills in English (mandatory);
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders;
  • Ability to define product strategy and break down ambiguous problems into clear priorities with well-defined requirements;
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to support product decisions and measure business outcomes;
  • Experience managing products throughout their lifecycle, from discovery through launch and continuous improvement;
  • Attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives and technical constraints;
  • Comfort working with customer-facing digital products and data-informed decision making;
  • Organization and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, or large-scale digital products;
  • Experience with Checkout, Personalization, Recommendations, Search, or customer journey optimization;
  • Experience working alongside data science teams and exposure to experimentation, recommendation systems, or personalization algorithms;
  • Exposure to platform or backend-heavy systems;
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools, Agile methodologies, SQL, or APIs;
  • Spanish (reading, writing, and conversational skills).
