Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a driven product leader to own the development, launch, and growth of a new cloud-based CAM product. The right candidate will have demonstrated product experience in the CAD/CAM space, and a hunger to build the next generation of CAM software. You are startup oriented, with experience shipping and iterating MVPs at an early stage. You have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, and are good at balancing multiple objectives. The CAM Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in bringing this new-to-world product to market, and in building a venture-scale business.

What You Get to Do
  • Discover and define unmet user needs through extensive customer engagement
  • Translate user requirements into a product roadmap, in close collaboration with technology and engineering teams
  • Manage the full build-measure-learn product development lifecycle, from discovery to definition to testing
  • Lead agile development sprints
  • Develop external partnerships, where needed, to facilitate the full product vision
  • Partner with the GM and collaborate with other team members to develop the right business strategy for this product  
What You Bring to the Team
  • A master's degree non-technical (e.g., MBA, MA, or MFA), or a bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience  
  • 10+ years in technical product management roles
  • 5+ years of direct experience in the CAD/CAM space
  • Deep familiarity with CNC machining workflows
  • A passion for discovering and validating unmet user needs
  • Skill in translating unmet user needs into technical specifications that R&D and engineering teams can use to build the right product
  • Ability to develop business strategies with executive stakeholders
  • An ownership mentality
  • Excellent executive communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong desire to build a venture scale business with a small team over the next several years

Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically 10%–25%, depending on business needs

Compensation Range: Annual salary for this position is expected to be between $137,054 to $205,581 plus participation in our annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan. The actual pay may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.

Skills Required

  • Master's degree (MBA, MA, or MFA) or Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
  • 10+ years in technical product management roles
  • 5+ years of experience in the CAD/CAM space
  • Demonstrated product experience in CAD/CAM and building CAM software
  • Experience shipping and iterating MVPs at an early stage/startup environment
