You'll lead initiatives enabling brands and other businesses to build and grow their presence on the Roblox platform. You will play a critical role in the development of foundational features that support brand goals and success, ranging from user awareness, engagement and monetization. 

You will report to the Director of Brand Platform. This role is based at HQ (no remote option open).

You Will:

  • Build platform products that support the success of brands and businesses, including commerce and other shopping features, within the Roblox platform.
  • Engage closely with brand partners and our community, understand their needs, and partner closely with engineering, design, data science, partnerships and other cross-functional stakeholders to build and prioritize roadmaps 
  • Leverage metrics to define strategies and success criteria to iterate and improve on core features 
  • Clearly communicate and defend plans, priorities, and updates across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and trade-offs optimally to drive flawless execution  

You Have:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in monetization or growth-focused products
    • Experience with commerce or shopping features is a plus 
  • A consistent track record of aligning teams and prioritizing features/resources to deliver an excellent product with measurable outcomes 
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and efficiency working closely with engineers.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate optimally with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience leading cross-functional execution with various teams including engineering, data science, design, marketing, partnerships, legal, and policy, to conceptualize, develop, test, and launch impactful features
  • A self-starting and entrepreneurial attitude, comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to roll up your sleeves

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$269,640$318,090 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
