The Role:

We are looking for an analytical and highly organized Senior Product Manager - Back-office & PAM to lead our Player Account Management (PAM) and back-office platform and take it to the next level. This is a senior role that requires a hands-on approach throughout the entire product lifecycle from Discovery to Delivery. PAM is a core product powering our iGaming platform. It manages customer accounts and supports registration, onboarding, responsible gaming, compliance, and reporting.

The platform is multi-brand and multi-jurisdiction, serving numerous internal teams and B2B partners. You will play a key role in shaping the evolution of this critical platform while ensuring regulatory excellence, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of Product B2B to define, communicate, and execute the product vision for the PAM platform and broader back-office ecosystem, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer and business value, technical excellence, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business needs, user journeys, regulatory requirements, and platform capabilities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and B2B partners to define impactful goals and translate them into clear product initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Commercial, Data, and Operations teams to deliver customer value and enhance platform performance.
  • Leverage internal and external feedback, market insights, and data analytics to drive continuous optimisation.
  • Act as the primary product point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and engagement.

 Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Relevant iGaming experience, ideally within regulated markets.
  • Hands-on experience working with third-party or in-house PAM platforms, core platform products, compliance, and reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where needed.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bias for action, strong product instincts, and the ability to drive change.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
