Snappy is looking for a Senior Product Manager, API & Integrations to join our team in Tel Aviv and lead the development of our API and integration product strategy.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in expanding Snappy’s ecosystem by building robust APIs and seamless integrations that drive growth, unlock opportunities with enterprise customers, and develop impactful partnerships.

What will you be doing?

  • Take full ownership of Snappy’s API and integration strategy, driving the development of scalable, robust, and user-friendly APIs.
  • Define, prioritize, and oversee the roadmap for API products, developer tools, and integrations with third-party platforms to enhance Snappy’s ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with R&D to design clean, intuitive APIs and guide the technical implementation of new features.
  • Write detailed API documentation and technical requirements to support partner developers and customers in implementing Snappy’s solutions.
  • Engage directly with partner developers, customers, and internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing) to win deals, collect feedback, and identify opportunities.
  • Establish and grow channel partnerships by integrating Snappy with leading platforms in our ecosystem.
  • Conduct customer research, usability testing, and data analysis to ensure API and integration solutions meet user needs and drive business value.
  • Track product success metrics and iterate on improvements based on outcomes and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on APIs, integrations, or developer tools.
  • Strong technical background and familiarity with API design and integration products.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
